331 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 331 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or accessing the 331 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 331 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 331 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is true and accurate.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 331 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
331 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of platform use, including during withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in a temporary account freeze until the process is completed.
- Registration information must be complete, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.
- Users must update their personal information if any changes occur.
- Accounts registered using false information or another person's identity will be closed immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 331 platform are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. It is each user's responsibility to be aware of and adhere to local laws governing online activities.
The following are strictly prohibited on the 331 platform:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Disrupting the operations of the 331 platform or its technical systems in any way.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing or selling account access to any third party.
- Using the platform after having been previously banned or restricted by 331.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of unused bonus balances, and in serious cases, legal proceedings.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 331 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept payments via approved methods including DuitNow and online bank transfers through FPX. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits credited to an account cannot be reversed once the transaction is confirmed. Withdrawals will be processed according to 331's designated processing schedule and may take varying lengths of time depending on the chosen payment method. All withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification.
331 is not liable for any additional fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers. Users are advised to review their bank's terms of service before making any transactions.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method used.
- Any deposit suspected to be linked to fraud or money laundering will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Users must only use payment methods registered in their own name.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 331 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that it will meet every user's needs. 331 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical failures, service disruptions, or loss of internet connection.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 331 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, interface designs, and brand names — is the exclusive intellectual property of 331. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 331.
Third-Party Links
Where the 331 platform contains links to third-party websites, such links are provided for convenience only. 331 has no control over the content of those external sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
331 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any balance linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned in accordance with 331's internal verification process.
Changes to Terms
331 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
